Get your bot live
Follow these steps in order — it takes about 10 minutes and your bot will be fully set up and ready to book customers.
Set up your business profile & timezone
Add your business name, address, and timezone — this is critical. Your timezone controls when the daily digest arrives, when reminders fire, and when the bot treats your day as starting and ending.

Add your staff members if applicable
If you have multiple team members, add them now — before adding services. Each staff member gets their own schedule, working hours, and service assignments. Solo? Skip this step.

Add your appointment types
Tell the bot what services you offer and how long each takes. You can assign which staff perform each service. Works for any business — salons, consultants, trainers, restaurants.

Set your business hours
Tell the bot when you're open. It will only offer bookings during these hours and tell customers you're closed otherwise.

Customize your bot's personality
Give your bot a name (Aria, Max, Luna — whatever fits your brand), set the tone, and write its opening greeting. Customers love knowing who they're talking to.

Complete your bot setup interview
Answer 7 quick questions via text — your unique selling points, what makes you different, common questions you get, anything you never want the bot to say. Takes 2 minutes and makes your bot sound exactly like your business.

Test your bot
Text your Wexly number from a friend's phone or a spare number. Try booking an appointment end-to-end. Your personal cell won't get a bot response — it's reserved for owner commands.
